Booking Policy:
A valid credit card must be on file to book appointments. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: (New Policy Effective DEC 22nd)
No appointments can be canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled time.
You will be fully charged for the appointment for failure to show up for your booking.
Late Policy:
If more than 15 minutes late, the client may need to reschedule or forfeit a service but still pay the full amount of the original appointment.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are offered. Complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days if the client is dissatisfied, but not if they simply change their mind. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
