Policy

Booking Policy:

A valid credit card must be on file to book appointments. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

48+ Hours Before Appointment: No charge for cancellations/rescheduling.
24-48 Hours Before Appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged.

Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment: 100% of the service total will be charged. No-Shows: 100% of the service total will be charged. Failure to pay makes the client ineligible for future bookings.

Late Policy:

If more than 15 minutes late, the client may need to reschedule or forfeit a service but still pay the full amount of the original appointment.

Refund Policy:

No refunds are offered. Complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days if the client is dissatisfied, but not if they simply change their mind. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
